Jó 11:13-18

"Este é o segredo de uma vida tranqüila e sem temor diante de Deus: faça um propósito em seu coração de obedecer a Deus, ore sinceramente a Ele e deixe de lado todos os seus pecados e injustiças. Então você poderá aparecer diante de Deus de cabeça erguida!

Os seus sofrimentos ficarão para trás, como águas passadas, e você nunca mais se lembrará deles.

Sua vida será clara como o meio-dia; as horas que antes eram escuras como a noite se tornarão claras como um dia sem nuvens.

Você viverá tranqüilo e a vida será cheia de esperança. Você dormirá em paz e segurança."

 

"But if you put your heart right, stretching out your hands to him;
If you put far away the evil of your hands, and let no wrongdoing have a place in your tent;
Then truly your face will be lifted up, with no mark of sin, and you will be fixed in your place without fear:
For your sorrow will go from your memory, like waters flowing away:
And your life will be brighter than day; though it is dark, it will become like the morning.
And you will be safe because there is hope; after looking round, you will take your rest in quiet;"
